Barrel and Gas System

The Gauntlet Arms 10.5-inch government profile barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a phosphate finish and a 1:7 twist rate. The barrel handles the 5.56 NATO chamber and provides the threaded muzzle end for the included GI birdcage flash hider at a 1-in-2x28 thread pitch. The carbine-length gas system uses a .750 O.D. micro low-profile gas block, which sits beneath the handguard and keeps the forend profile clean and unobstructed.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish. The freefloat KeyMod handguard is aluminum in black, giving the build a clean forend with KeyMod accessory slots for lights, grips, and other attachments. The handguard length matches the 10.5-inch barrel, with the muzzle device providing clearance beyond the handguard.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group is a complete AR-15 unit built from 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish. It is compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend configurations. The mil-spec charging handle completes the upper component set.

Gauntlet Arms Brace and Buffer System

The Gauntlet Arms polymer pistol stabilizing brace in black pairs with the included heavy duty pistol buffer tube. The 3 oz carbine buffer, mil-spec receiver end plate, lower parts kit, and all associated buffer system hardware cover the core lower completion components outside the serialized lower receiver.
