Carbine-Length Gas System Design

The 10.5-inch barrel pairs with a carbine-length gas system, which is the standard choice for short-barreled AR platforms. This gas tube length positions the gas port closer to the muzzle, maintaining proper dwell time and cycling reliability even with a shorter barrel. The 0.75-inch gas block shelf is mil-spec standard, ensuring compatibility with aftermarket gas blocks if you want to upgrade later. The 3 oz buffer weight is matched to this system for balanced recoil impulse and reliable feeding.

Freefloat M-Lok Handguard Advantage

The handguard floats free from the barrel, meaning it doesn't contact the barrel at any point. This eliminates harmonic interference and improves shot-to-shot consistency. The M-Lok slots let you attach optics, lights, or grips exactly where you need them without rail clutter. The 6061-T6 aluminum construction keeps weight down while maintaining rigidity.

Brace and Configuration

The KAK Blade Pistol Stabilizer Brace is a glass-reinforced polymer design that provides wrist support and control during shooting. The kit ships with the brace installed and ready to use. This configuration is legal under federal law as a pistol platform.

Follow safe handling and manufacturer instructions. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Lower receiver not included. BCG and charging handle are not included in the upper assembly only—they are included in this full build kit.
