This is an AR-15 pistol full build kit chambered in .300 AAC Blackout, built around a 10.5-inch HBAR barrel with a Parkerized finish, a pistol-length gas system, and a 1-8 twist rate. The upper assembly is built on a Panhead billet upper receiver featuring a no forward assist design and a .458 ejection port door cut, paired with an AR-15 ejection port door assembly. The 12-inch Trinity Force ECHO freefloat KeyMod handguard covers the front end. A complete AR-15 bolt carrier group made in the USA and an M4 Mil-Spec charging handle round out the upper component set. The lower side is covered by a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a heavy duty pistol buffer tube, a standard AR-15 carbine buffer at 3 oz., a standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA, an AR-15 M16 Mil-Spec receiver end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut. A Gauntlet Arms black polymer stabilizing brace is included. Lower receiver not included.

Upper Assembly

The upper assembly is built on a Panhead billet upper receiver with a no forward assist design and a .458 ejection port door cut. An AR-15 ejection port door assembly is included. The 10.5-inch HBAR barrel is Parkerized, chambered in .300 AAC Blackout with a 1-8 twist rate and a 5-8x24 thread pitch. The gas system is pistol-length, with a pistol-length gas tube and a micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 inch. The Panhead billet upper receiver is a distinct upper receiver design compared to standard forged AR-15 uppers and does not include a forward assist port.

Trinity Force ECHO Freefloat KeyMod Handguard

The handguard is the Trinity Force ECHO freefloat KeyMod unit at 12 inches, covering the forend of the upper assembly. The KeyMod mounting system runs along the handguard body for accessory attachment. At 12 inches, the handguard extends beyond the 10.5-inch barrel and is specific to the freefloat KeyMod platform.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group is a complete AR-15 unit made in the USA, compatible with .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend. An AR-15 M4 Mil-Spec charging handle is also included. These two components complete the upper component set alongside the upper assembly, barrel, and handguard.

Lower Completion Components

The lower side of this kit includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covering the internal lower receiver components. The buffer system consists of a heavy duty pistol buffer tube, a standard AR-15 carbine buffer at 3 oz., and a standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA. An AR-15 M16 Mil-Spec receiver end plate and an AR-15 carbine castle nut complete the rear hardware. A Gauntlet Arms black polymer stabilizing brace is included.

Muzzle Device

The kit includes a muzzle mounted fake can threaded at 5-8x24, compatible with .308 caliber. A black 5-8-inch crush washer is included as part of the muzzle device hardware. The fake can profile sits at the muzzle on the 5-8x24 threaded barrel.
