This Lionheart complete slide kit includes all essential upper components engineered for reliable cycling and consistent performance. The 17-4 stainless steel slide construction provides strength and durability while the black nitride finish enhances surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The silver accent elements create a distinctive two-tone appearance that sets this slide apart from standard black finishes, making it well-suited for competition use where visual distinction is valued. The polished 416R stainless steel threaded barrel with 1/2x28 thread pitch is the industry-standard threading for 9mm suppressors and muzzle devices, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of aftermarket accessories. All components are machined to exacting tolerances for proper barrel lockup, extractor engagement, and reliable extraction across various 9mm ammunition types.
The threaded barrel is crafted from 416R stainless steel—a premium barrel material known for exceptional bore life and accuracy retention—and features a polished stainless steel finish that complements the slide's silver accents. The polished finish provides both aesthetic appeal and functional corrosion resistance while showcasing the quality of the stainless steel construction. The 1/2x28 thread pitch enables attachment of suppressors for reduced sound signature in training or tactical applications, or installation of compensators and other muzzle devices for recoil management in competition shooting. The combination of polished stainless barrel and black/silver slide creates a cohesive two-tone aesthetic that stands out on the range while maintaining the practical advantages of premium materials and suppressor-ready threading.
The threaded barrel with 1/2x28 thread pitch provides versatility for shooters who run suppressors or prefer aftermarket muzzle devices. This threading specification is the most common standard for 9mm pistol suppressors, ensuring compatibility with products from major manufacturers. The suppressor-ready design allows shooters to attach suppressors for reduced sound signature during training sessions or to install compensators for improved recoil management in competition shooting. The distinctive black and silver styling makes this kit particularly well-suited for competition environments where visual presentation complements performance, while the suppressor compatibility ensures versatility for various shooting applications from range use to personal defensive configurations.
Follow safe handling practices and manufacturer instructions at all times. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Verify proper headspacing and component compatibility before assembly. Confirm all internal components are correctly installed and functioning before live fire. Ensure suppressor or muzzle device is properly mounted and torqued to manufacturer specifications. Adjust sights after installing muzzle devices if point of impact shifts. Use appropriate eye and ear protection during all shooting activities.
