The Davidson Defense Atriox is an AR-15 pistol full build kit chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 10.5-inch government profile barrel, offered in an SBR Ready configuration. Barrel and Gas System

The 10.5-inch government profile barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a phosphate finish and a 1:7 twist rate. The barrel handles the 5.56 NATO chamber and provides the threaded muzzle end for the included GI birdcage flash hider at a 1-in-2x28 thread pitch. The carbine-length gas system uses a .750 O.D. micro low-profile gas block, which sits beneath the handguard and keeps the forend profile clean and unobstructed.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish. M4 feed ramps support reliable cartridge feeding from the magazine into the chamber. The freefloat M-Lok handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum in black, giving the build a clean forend with M-Lok accessory slots for lights, grips, and other attachments. The handguard length matches the 10.5-inch barrel, with the muzzle device providing clearance beyond the handguard.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group is a complete AR-15 unit with a 9310 alloy steel bolt head and an 8620 alloy steel body, finished in nitride. It is compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend configurations. The mil-spec M4 charging handle completes the upper component set.

SBR Ready Configuration

This kit ships without a brace and is intended for builders selecting their own final rear end configuration. The mil-spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, 3 oz carbine buffer, carbine recoil spring, mil-spec receiver end plate, mil-spec castle nut, and lower parts kit are all included to support the lower completion build. The SBR Ready designation means the brace selection is left to the builder, allowing for a custom setup based on individual configuration requirements.
