The Bjorn is built around a 20-inch heavy 6.5 Creedmoor barrel, straight fluted and finished in Parkerized, paired with an AR-10 high-profile upper receiver finished in black anodizing. It pairs a Crown Series 19-inch high-profile LR-308 M-LOK handguard with a tanker-style three-port muzzle brake at the muzzle, running on a rifle-length gas system. BCG and charging handle are not included, leaving the buyer to supply those components separately.

Barrel and Gas System

The barrel runs 20 inches long, chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and finished in Parkerized with a heavy profile and straight fluting to shed weight. It carries a 1:8 twist rate and a 5/8x24 muzzle thread. Gas cycles back to the action through a rifle-length system, running a stainless steel rifle-length gas tube and a low-profile AR-15/LR-308 gas block with a .936-inch bore.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is an AR-10 high-profile unit finished in black anodizing, fitted with an AR-15 forward assist assembly and an LR-308 ejection port door assembly. Over the barrel sits a Crown Series 19-inch high-profile LR-308 handguard, using an M-LOK attachment system along its length.

Muzzle Device

Capping the muzzle is a tanker-style three-port muzzle brake, threaded to match the barrel's 5/8x24 pattern and secured with the included 5/8-inch black crush washer.
