About This Lower: The Aero Precision AR-15 Gen 2 Stripped Lower Receiver will elevate your next AR-15 build. This lower is machined to mil-spec dimensions and works with standard AR-15 components and magazines. To ensure it is strong and corrosion resistant it is made from 7075-T6 forged aluminum and finished with an anodized black finish. This lower receiver comes with an upper tension screw that allows users to fine-tune the fit of the upper and lower receiver.

Finish: Hardcoat Anodized - This Lower Receiver has had a Hardcoat Anodizing Layer applied to the surface to protect and strengthen the 7075 Aluminum Forging
Upper Tension Screw: This allows users to fine-tune the fit of the upper and lower receiver through the use of a nylon-tipped tensioning set screw inserted in the grip tang of the lower receiver. This provides a tight fit with any standard AR-15 upper receiver.
Increased Magwell Flare: This allows for the easier insertion of magazines and provides a sleeker look.
