The fresh design features an upgraded, high-cut 1911-style beavertail grip tang and a modified backstrap shape for natural pointing and improved grip and recoil control. To help users get the highest grip possible, it has an undercut front-strap and a reshaped trigger guard. For a solid, secure grip the design has the Starburst grip pattern on the sides and aggressive texturing on the front and backstrap.
