The Web Shooter 16-inch Pistol-Gas 1:8 .300 Blackout AR-15 Custom Handguard Rifle Upper Build Kit from Davidson Defense is an upper build kit for the AR-15 platform chambered in .300 Blackout. The kit includes a 16-inch heavy-profile barrel, a Unique-ARs 15-inch Web handguard, a 7075-T6 anodized upper receiver with M4 feed ramps, a micro low-profile .750 O.D. gas block, and a GI birdcage flash hider. BCG and charging handle are not included.
The 16-inch barrel is chambered in .300 Blackout and constructed from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a heavy barrel profile and a 1:8 twist rate. The phosphate finish covers the full barrel surface in a matte black corrosion-resistant coat. The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24 and includes a GI birdcage flash hider. The pistol-length gas system pairs with a micro low-profile gas block at .750 O.D., a separate component positioned beneath the handguard on the barrel.
The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish and M4 feed ramp compatibility. The Unique-ARs 15-inch Web handguard provides accessory mounting options along its length without contact with the barrel or gas system components.
