Barrel and Gas System

The 10.5-inch government profile barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a phosphate finish and a 1:7 twist rate. The barrel handles the 5.56 NATO chamber and provides the threaded muzzle end for the included GI birdcage flash hider at a 1-in-2x28 thread pitch. The carbine-length gas system uses a .750 O.D. micro low-profile gas block, which sits beneath the handguard and keeps the forend profile clean and unobstructed.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish. M4 feed ramps support reliable cartridge feeding from the magazine into the chamber. The freefloat KeyMod handguard is aluminum in black, giving the build a clean forend with KeyMod accessory slots for lights, grips, and other attachments. The handguard length matches the 10.5-inch barrel, with the muzzle device providing clearance beyond the handguard.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group is a complete AR-15 unit built from 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish. It is compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend configurations. The mil-spec M4 charging handle completes the upper component set.
