Stainless Steel Construction

The 416R stainless steel barrel resists corrosion and maintains accuracy through extended shooting sessions. Stainless barrels require less frequent cleaning than standard steel and perform well in humid or coastal environments. The barrel's 1:7 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of 5.56 NATO ammunition, from lighter 55-grain loads to heavier match-grade rounds.

Billet Upper and M-Lok Modularity

The Black Diamond Series billet upper receiver is precision-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with Type III hard coat anodize for durability. The freefloat M-Lok handguard allows tool-free mounting of lights, lasers, and other accessories without affecting barrel harmonics. M-Lok slots provide secure, repeatable attachment points across the entire handguard length.

SBA5 Stabilizing Brace

The SB Tactical SBA5 brace is engineered for comfort and control during extended shooting sessions. The nylon reinforced polymer construction is lightweight while providing a solid mounting platform. The brace's design allows for various grip configurations and includes adjustment features for different shooter preferences.

Pistol Gas System Performance

The pistol-length gas system is optimized for the shorter 7.5-inch barrel, ensuring reliable cycling without excessive recoil impulse. The micro low-profile gas block minimizes profile while maintaining consistent performance across different ammunition types.

Follow safe handling and manufacturer instructions. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Lower receiver not included. BCG and charging handle are not included in the upper build kit components.
