This is an OEM Glock slide lock for the Glock G43. It is an original factory part from Glock and a direct replacement for the G43 slide lock. The slide lock is one of the small frame controls on the pistol, and this one keeps the G43 on factory parts. It falls into the Glock component category.
This slide lock is an original Glock factory part. That means it comes from the same maker as the pistol itself. OEM parts keep the G43 consistent with how it left the factory. For owners who prefer factory parts over aftermarket options, this is the straightforward choice.
This slide lock is compatible with the Glock G43. It is matched to the G43 rather than sold as a universal Glock part. Owners of other Glock models should confirm the correct slide lock for their pistol. Keeping the part matched to the G43 keeps the purchase simple and specific.
