"The NDZ Performance Guide Rod Spring Removal Tool will work with (GEN 1-3) Stainless Steel or Tungsten guide rods for Glock models 17, 19, 20, 20SF, 21, 21SF, 22, 23, 24, 25, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38.

The NDZ Performance Guide Rod Spring Removal Tool is excellent for switching out worn guide rod springs or assembly new kits when using Stainless Steel or Tungsten guide rods. While fixing the base of the guide rod in a vise or clamp easily slip the tool over the guide rod and compress the spring to gain access to the Retaining Screw at the tip of the guide rod. Then remove the screw, and the spring to replace with another. Make sure to use a small amount of Blue (non-permanent) Loctite on the screw threads to prevent it from vibrating out loose during firing."
