These windows represent the time from when your order is placed until the carrier picks it up. Please note that for serialized orders (lowers), the clock starts once we have your dealer's FFL verified.
Assembly & Test Fire Protocol
To keep our prices as low as possible for the budget-conscious builder, we have streamlined our assembly process. We currently perform live-fire testing specifically for all brand-new upper designs entering our catalog and for any builds where the customer explicitly requests a test fire during the checkout process. This ensures that our "Journeyman" and "Vertex" lines stay affordable while still giving you the option for that extra peace of mind if you want it.
Pro-Tips for a Smoother Checkout:
No Post-Purchase Changes: Our system is optimized for "speed-to-label" fulfillment. Because of this, we cannot add items once it has been submitted. If a part was missed , you'll need to place a separate order, or cancel the order for a store credit, and the store credit will be issued within 24 hours so that you can re-order.
California AB-1263 Compliance: Our AB-1263 compliance includes the need to ship all precursory firearm parts (all gun parts) to an FFL agent for ID verification.
FFL Coordination: If you bought a serialized part, please have your dealer email their license to us with your order number in the subject line to avoid delays. Our FFL department will reach out to your FFL via email.
