The Vertex Upper Was Designed To Be Used With Pistol Calibers Specifically And As A Result Doesn't Have A Dust Door Or Forward Assist. This Was Done To Save Weight As Well Improve Functionality And Reliability By Focusing On A Simple Design That Has Fewer Moving Parts And Therefore Fewer Parts That Can Break, All The While Not Compromising On Strength And Durability. This Upper Will Fit On A Traditional Mil-spec Lower Receiver Or A Pistol Caliber Specific Lower Receiver.
This Upper Features A 16" Barrel Chambered In 9MM From ODIN Works. Made From 416R Stainless Steel, This Barrel Has A Thread Pitch Of 1/2x28 And A Twist Rate Of 1-10.
This Upper Features A Premium 15" Gauntlet Arms ACE Series M-Lok Handguard. This Handguard Is Made From The Highest Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum And Is Reinforced With Class 2 Type III Black Hard Anodizing. With M-Lok Cutouts On The Sides, This USA Made Handguard Will Allow You To Mount A Variety Of Accessories.
This Upper Includes A Muzzle Steel Can Muzzle Device From Recoil Technologies. This Is A Solid 6061 Aluminum Device That Is Designed To Direct Muzzle Gases And The Muzzle Flash Forward. Threaded 1/2-28 For 9mm Or Similar Weapons With A Black Military Type Hard Anodizing. This Device Is Not Designed To Reduce Recoil, Muzzle Rise, Or Flash Signature. This Device Is Designed To Direct Gasses And Noise Forward Away From The Shooter And Enhance The Weapons Appearance. A Crush Washer Can Be Used Is Specific Timing Is Desired.
