FRT-15L3 Forced Reset Trigger System

The Rare Breed FRT-15L3 uses forced reset technology to automatically reset the trigger after each shot, allowing for faster follow up fire while requiring one trigger pull per round. The system includes a three position ambidextrous safety selector covering safe, semi automatic, and forced reset modes. Constructed from 7075 anodized aluminum and heat treated 4140 steel, the flat trigger profile provides consistent finger placement across all shooting positions. Anti walk trigger pins are included for secure drop in installation. This trigger requires a full auto compatible bolt carrier group for proper function.

Dual Ambidextrous Control System

The lower receiver features a milled ambidextrous bolt catch slot that accepts the included ambidextrous bolt catch kit, allowing both left and right handed shooters to manipulate the bolt catch and release without shifting grip or reaching across the firearm. The ambidextrous safety selector extends this left and right handed functionality to fire control, enabling shooters to engage or disengage the safety from either side of the receiver. This dual ambidextrous configuration supports complete weapon manipulation regardless of shooter handedness or shooting position. The factory milled bolt catch slot eliminates the need for aftermarket machining or adapter components.

Scout Stock Configuration

The Davidson Defense Scout Stock is constructed from durable polymer for strength and reduced weight in black finish. The integrated QD mount allows rapid sling attachment without additional hardware or mounting points, supporting single point sling configurations for dynamic shooting applications. The stock interfaces with Mil-Spec carbine buffer tubes for consistent fit across AR-15 pattern firearms. This streamlined design reduces snag points while maintaining reliable attachment to the buffer system.

Complete Buffer System and Lower Components

This kit includes a Mil-Spec heavy duty six position carbine buffer tube in aluminum, AR-15 H3 carbine buffer weighing 5.5 oz, AR-15 carbine recoil spring in spring steel, US Tactical Mil-Spec receiver end plate with phosphate finish, and castle nut in black. The H3 buffer weight helps manage recoil impulse and can support suppressed configurations or setups with adjustable gas blocks. The heavier buffer weight provides additional mass for reliable cycling with forced reset trigger systems. The Davidson Defense lower receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum with black hardcoat anodized finish for protection against wear and corrosion. The receiver is serialized and ready for federal firearms transfer through a licensed dealer. The AR-15 lower parts kit includes all internal components needed for lower function along with ambidextrous safety selector.
