The Davidson Defense AR-15 Billet Upper Receiver is a stripped upper receiver machined from aluminum with a raw unfinished finish. It features a slick side profile and a flat top rail. The ejection port is standard AR-15 size with pistol caliber compatibility, and the receiver is built around the AR-15 platform.
The upper receiver is billet machined from aluminum and left in a raw unfinished state. The raw finish gives the receiver a silver appearance and leaves the surface open for custom anodizing, cerakote, or other finishing work. Billet machining produces a receiver with clean, defined lines distinct from forged alternatives.
The slick side profile presents a clean exterior without additional controls on the receiver body. The top rail is a flat design running the length of the upper receiver, providing a standard mounting surface for optics and accessories. Together the slick side body and flat top rail keep the overall profile uncluttered.
