Design and Construction

This frame is molded from high-strength, glass-reinforced polymer and finished in gray, built with nickel-plated rails molded directly into the frame for durability at the slide interface. The grip angle is reduced to 18 degrees from the roughly 22-degree OEM-style angle, paired with a proprietary directional grip texture featuring a molded, custom-stippled appearance for a secure hold. An extended beavertail rides up the back of the grip for additional hand support, and the trigger guard uses an extreme double-undercut design paired with an angled, textured accelerator pad to support a higher grip position. The frame is compatible with G43X/G48-pattern frame pins, internal components, and most aftermarket parts, along with most holsters designed for the G43X/G48 pattern. It ships as a stripped frame without a magazine catch, locking block, or internal parts, and requires the Grit Grips proprietary magwell rather than a standard OEM magwell.
