The Reaver is a 6mm ARC AR-15 Full Build Kit built around an 18-inch rifle-length gas platform. The kit centers on an 18-inch government profile barrel in 41V50 chrome moly vanadium steel with a nitride finish, 1:7.5 twist rate, 5R rifling, and 5/8x24 thread pitch, paired with a GI birdcage flash hider compatible with .308 Winchester, 7.62x39, and .300 Blackout, and a black crush washer. A micro low-profile steel gas block at 0.750 diameter and a rifle-length stainless steel gas tube are included on the front end. The upper receiver is a 7000 Series Optimized AR-15 design in 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hardcoat anodized black finish and an integrated dust cover pin design, with an ejection port cover including door, rod, and spring, paired with a 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in black with a full-length Picatinny top rail. A complete bolt carrier group in QPQ nitride, compatible with 6.5 Grendel Type II and 6mm ARC, and a Mil-Spec M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower hardware includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position carbine buffer tube, a standard 3 oz carbine buffer, a USA-made standard carbine recoil spring, an AR-15 M16 Mil-Spec end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut. The 7000 Series Optimized AR-15 upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hardcoat anodized black finish and an integrated dust cover pin design that keeps the ejection port cover pin captured during field use. The ejection port cover is included with door, rod, and spring. The 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard is black with a full-length Picatinny top rail and M-LOK attachment points along the body for accessory mounting. These two components define the exterior structure of the upper assembly on this 6mm ARC platform.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle
