The Specter is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 Full Build Kit built around a 16-inch carbine-length gas platform. The kit centers on a 16-inch Fiddler match grade M4 profile barrel in 416R stainless steel with a 1:8 twist rate and 1/2x28 thread pitch, paired with a stainless steel 3-port compensator and a stainless steel crush washer. A micro low-profile gas block at 0.750 diameter and a carbine-length stainless steel gas tube are included on the front end. The upper receiver is a 7000 Series Optimized AR-15 design with a Type III hardcoat anodized black finish and an integrated dust cover pin retention system, with an ejection port cover included, paired with a 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in black. A USA-made complete AR-15 bolt carrier group compatible with .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, and a Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower hardware includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position carbine buffer tube, a standard 3 oz carbine buffer, a USA-made standard carbine recoil spring, an AR-15 M16 Mil-Spec receiver end plate, and an AR-15 Mil-Spec castle nut. The AR-15 Ranger A-frame adjustable stock in black with integrated QD sling mounts rounds out the kit. Lower receiver not included.

The stainless steel 3-port compensator matches the stainless barrel finish at the muzzle end and is included with a stainless steel crush washer. A micro low-profile gas block at 0.750 diameter and a carbine-length stainless steel gas tube cover the front end gas configuration on this carbine-length platform.

7000 Series Optimized Upper Receiver and Handguard

The 7000 Series Optimized AR-15 upper receiver carries a Type III hardcoat anodized black finish and features an integrated dust cover pin retention system that keeps the ejection port cover pin captured during field use. An ejection port cover is included. The 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard is black with M-LOK attachment points along the body for accessory mounting. These two components define the exterior structure of the upper assembly on this AR-15 platform.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The USA-made complete AR-15 bolt carrier group is compatible with .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend. A Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle is included to complete the upper component set.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covers the internal lower receiver components.
