The At The Helm is built around a BC-10 20-inch SOCOM straight-fluted barrel chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, finished in black nitride. It's paired with an LR-308 billet upper receiver machined to the DPMS low-profile pattern. It pairs a 19-inch AR-10/LR-308 low-profile M-LOK handguard with an AR-15/AR-10 .308 GI birdcage flash hider at the muzzle, running on a rifle-length gas system. A Recoil Technologies LR-308 bolt carrier group and blind box ambidextrous charging handle round out the upper, giving the buyer everything needed on the upper side.

Barrel and Gas System

The BC-10 barrel runs 20 inches long, chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and finished in black nitride with a SOCOM profile and straight fluting to shed weight. It carries a 1:8 twist rate and a 5/8x24 muzzle thread. Gas cycles back to the action through a rifle-length system, running a stainless steel rifle-length gas tube and a low-profile AR-15/LR-308 gas block with a .936-inch bore.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is a billet unit built to the DPMS low-profile pattern, finished in Type III hardcoat black anodizing and machined without a forward assist. The ejection port door ships assembled. Over the barrel sits a 19-inch AR-10/LR-308 low-profile handguard, using an M-LOK attachment system with quad rails at the front section, ambidextrous QD points at both the front and rear, and a slanted front profile.

Muzzle Device

Capping the muzzle is an AR-15/AR-10 .308 GI birdcage flash hider, threaded to match the barrel's 5/8x24 pattern and secured with the included 5/8-inch black crush washer.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

A Recoil Technologies LR-308 bolt carrier group is included, finished in nitride and listed for use across .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .243 Winchester. A blind box ambidextrous AR-10/LR-308 charging handle rounds out the upper's operating components.
