This is an AR-15 pistol full build kit chambered in 5.56 NATO, centered on a 10.5-inch Needle M4 contour stainless steel barrel with a 1-7 twist rate and a carbine-length gas system. The 6061 slick side billet aluminum upper receiver made in the USA with an anti-rotation cutout anchors the front end. The carbine-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 complete the gas system, and the Trinity Force KMX 12-inch KeyMod freefloat handguard in black covers the forend. A Walker steel flash can and muzzle brake in black oxide at 1-2x28 closes out the muzzle end. A complete AR-15 bolt carrier group made in the USA compatible with 5.56, .223, .300 BLK, and .350 Legend, and a Mil-Spec M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower completion package covers a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a heavy-duty AR-15 pistol buffer tube, a standard AR-15 carbine buffer at 3 oz., a standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA, a Mil-Spec AR-15 M16 receiver end plate, and a Mil-Spec AR-15 carbine castle nut. Upper Assembly

The 6061 slick side billet aluminum upper receiver made in the USA anchors the front end with an anti-rotation cutout that engages directly with the included Trinity Force KMX 12-inch KeyMod freefloat handguard for a secure and indexed fit, and a clean slick side exterior profile that omits the forward assist from the receiver body. The 10.5-inch Needle M4 contour stainless steel barrel brings a 1-7 twist rate to the 5.56 NATO chamber, threaded at 1-2x28. The Needle M4 contour profile gives the barrel a tapered and lightweight exterior shape distinct from standard government or HBAR contours. The carbine-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 run a carbine-length gas system along the 10.5-inch barrel. The Trinity Force KMX 12-inch KeyMod freefloat handguard in black surrounds the barrel and gas system along the forend with KeyMod slots along the handguard body for accessory attachment across the full 12-inch length.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The complete AR-15 bolt carrier group is made in the USA and compatible with 5.56, .223, .300 BLK, and .350 Legend. The Mil-Spec M4 charging handle pairs with the BCG inside the upper receiver to complete the upper interior and finish the front end of the build.

Muzzle Device

The Walker steel flash can and muzzle brake in black oxide threads onto the 1-2x28 muzzle end of the barrel and closes out the front of this pistol-length upper with a combined flash can and muzzle brake profile. The included black steel crush washer seats at the barrel shoulder and completes the muzzle hardware for this kit.

Lower Completion Components

The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covers the full internal lower component group, including the fire control group, magazine catch, bolt catch, and all associated pins and springs. The heavy-duty AR-15 pistol buffer tube, standard AR-15 carbine buffer at 3 oz., and standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA form the buffer system at the rear of the lower, matched to the pistol platform. The Mil-Spec AR-15 M16 receiver end plate and Mil-Spec AR-15 carbine castle nut lock the buffer tube down cleanly at the rear of the lower receiver. The Gauntlet Arms black polymer stabilizing brace fits over the pistol buffer tube and closes out the rear end of the build.
