The Pipeline is a 7.5-inch .45 ACP AR-15 pistol caliber carbine build kit centered on a Bear Creek Arsenal barrel and a 6061 billet pistol caliber upper receiver, finished out with a Magpul BTR pistol brace. It includes the upper assembly, complete lower parts kit, buffer system, and brace needed to complete the build, with the lower receiver not included.

Barrel and Muzzle Device

The barrel is a Bear Creek Arsenal-branded 7.5-inch .45 ACP barrel with an M4 contour, built from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel and finished in parkerized black. It has a 1:16 twist rate, a .578x28 muzzle thread, and a .750-inch gas block journal. A KAK .45 ACP Micro Flash Can is threaded onto the same .578x28 pattern, paired with a 5/8-inch black crush washer. The gas system operates on a direct blowback design.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is a 6061 billet pistol caliber AR-15 upper receiver, paired with a 7-inch MFFAR7 freefloat smooth handguard for a clean, low-profile forend.

Bolt Assembly and Charging Handle

A PCC AR bolt assembly built for .45 ACP is included, along with a mil-spec AR-15 M4 charging handle.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The kit includes a complete mil-spec AR-15 lower parts kit and a full buffer system: an 8-ounce 9mm carbine buffer in black, a mil-spec heavy-duty six-position carbine buffer tube, a mil-spec AR-15/M16 receiver end plate, an AR-15 carbine castle nut, and a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring.

Brace

The Pipeline includes a Magpul BTR pistol brace in black, compatible with standard mil-spec carbine buffer tubes.
