This is an AR-45 pistol full build kit chambered in .45 ACP, centered on a 5-inch slim profile 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel with a Parkerized finish, a 1-16 twist rate, and a direct blowback system with no gas tube or gas block. The barrel is threaded at 37-64x28 and includes a Hughes Precision thread adapter converting from .578x28 RH female to 5-8x24 RH male for standard suppressor and muzzle device compatibility. The 6061 billet pistol caliber AR-15 upper receiver anchors the front end. The 4.2-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in black anodized 7075-T6 aluminum with an integrated hand stop covers the compact forend. A PCC AR bolt assembly compatible with .45 ACP and a Mil-Spec M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower completion package covers a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit with a Mil-Spec single-stage trigger, Mil-Spec safety selector, standard Mil-Spec magazine catch, bolt catch, pivot pin, and takedown pins, along with an A2 style black textured polymer pistol grip, a Mil-Spec heavy-duty AR-15 6-position buffer tube in black anodized aluminum, an 8 oz. black PCC buffer, a standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA, a Mil-Spec AR-15 and M16 receiver end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut. Upper Assembly

The 6061 billet pistol caliber AR-15 upper receiver forms the core of the front end for the AR-45 platform. The 5-inch slim profile 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel brings a Parkerized finish and a 1-16 twist rate to the .45 ACP chamber, threaded at 37-64x28. The included Hughes Precision thread adapter in black oxide steel converts the 37-64x28 barrel thread to a 5-8x24 RH male output, allowing standard suppressor and muzzle device options threaded in 5-8x24 RH to thread directly onto this upper. This upper operates on a direct blowback system, meaning there is no gas tube or gas block present or required. The 4.2-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in black anodized 7075-T6 aluminum surrounds the barrel along the compact forend with M-LOK slots along the handguard surfaces for accessory attachment and an integrated hand stop built directly into the handguard body.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The PCC AR bolt assembly is the platform-correct bolt assembly for the .45 ACP AR-45 blowback build. The Mil-Spec M4 charging handle pairs with the bolt assembly inside the upper receiver to complete the upper interior and finish the front end of the build.

Lower Completion Components

The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covers the full internal lower component group, including the Mil-Spec single-stage trigger, Mil-Spec safety selector, standard Mil-Spec magazine catch, bolt catch, pivot pin, and takedown pins, with an A2 style black textured polymer pistol grip covering the grip interface. The Mil-Spec heavy-duty AR-15 6-position buffer tube in black anodized aluminum, 8 oz. black PCC buffer, and standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA form the buffer system at the rear of the lower. The Mil-Spec AR-15 and M16 receiver end plate and AR-15 carbine castle nut lock the buffer tube down cleanly at the rear of the lower receiver. The Magpul BTR pistol brace in matte black reinforced polymer fits directly over the Mil-Spec 6-position buffer tube and closes out the rear end of the build with a well-regarded Magpul brace design that pairs cleanly with the included buffer tube.
