The Ronin Competition upper assembly pairs a 6061 billet pistol caliber upper receiver with a Gashkin 8 inch barrel and a 7 inch free float M-LOK handguard. The barrel is made from 4150 CrMoV steel with a nitride finish, cut with a 1-16 twist rate. The handguard is free float in design and includes a partial picatinny top rail. Together these components make up the front end of this 45 ACP AR-15 pistol build. The barrel carries 578x28 threading for suppressor ready use.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

This kit includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit along with a Mil-Spec 6-position buffer tube, an 8 oz 9mm buffer, and a standard carbine recoil spring. A Mil-Spec receiver end plate and castle nut round out the rear hardware for this build. These components cover the core lower completion parts included with this kit outside of the lower receiver. Magpul BTR Brace
