Iron Guard 10.5-inch 5.56 NATO AR-15 Complete Upper

The Iron Guard is built around a Bear Creek Arsenal 10.5-inch 5.56 NATO barrel with an M4 profile, finished in Parkerized, paired with a flat-top AR-15 upper receiver machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in black anodizing. It pairs a 7-inch drop-in quad-rail handguard with an A2 birdcage flash hider at the muzzle, running on a carbine-length gas system. A complete bolt carrier group and Mil-Spec charging handle round out the upper, giving the buyer everything needed on the upper side.

Barrel and Front Sight Base

The Bear Creek Arsenal barrel runs 10.5 inches long, chambered in 5.56 NATO and built from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a Parkerized finish and M4 profile. It carries a 1:8 twist rate. A fixed A2-style front sight base is installed on the barrel, doubling as the gas block and including an integrated sling attachment point for mounting a sling. Gas cycles back to the action through a carbine-length system, running a stainless steel carbine-length gas tube.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum in a flat-top configuration, finished in black anodizing, with M4 feed ramps cut for smooth feeding and a Picatinny top rail running its length. The forward assist comes installed, and the ejection port carries a standard .223/5.56 door with its rod and spring installed. Over the barrel sits a 7-inch drop-in quad-rail handguard finished in black, with a four-sided accessory rail running its length.

Muzzle Device

Capping the muzzle is an A2 birdcage flash hider, rounding out the fixed front sight base assembly at the front of this build.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle
