• 7.5-inch 4150 CrMoV barrel, 1:16 twist, parkerized finish
• ACE-20 Series M-LOK free float handguard, 7 inches
• Steel flash can muzzle device with 9/16x24 threading
• PCC bolt assembly and mil-spec charging handle included
• Designed for 10mm and .40 S&W ammunition compatibility

Blowback Operation and Reliability

The blowback system cycles using direct gas impulse without a gas tube or piston. This design simplifies maintenance and reduces parts count. The bolt carrier moves straight back under spring pressure after firing, making the system inherently reliable in 10mm applications. The 1:16 twist rate stabilizes 10mm projectiles across standard grain weights.

Free Float Handguard Advantage

The ACE-20 Series handguard floats independently from the barrel, eliminating pressure points that affect accuracy. M-LOK attachment slots run the full 7-inch length, supporting lights, vertical grips, and other accessories without tools. The free float design pairs well with the billet upper for consistent shot placement.

Muzzle Device and Compatibility

The steel flash can threads at 9/16x24, matching the barrel. This pass-through design reduces muzzle flash during low-light shooting while maintaining a compact profile on a 7.5-inch barrel. The muzzle device works with both 10mm and .40 S&W ammunition, giving you platform flexibility if you build additional uppers.

Follow safe handling and manufacturer instructions. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. BCG and charging handle are not included in the upper build kit. Verify barrel and muzzle device compatibility before assembly.
