The 7-inch Blem freefloat M-LOK handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail and integrated QD sling mounts covers the compact forend. A 9mm pass-through A2 GI Birdcage flash hider at 1-2x28 closes out the muzzle end. BCG and charging handle are not included.

The 7075-T6 aluminum AR-15 upper receiver with a black anodized finish and M4 feed ramps forms the core of the front end, with a standard AR-15 forward assist and a standard .223 and 5.56 ejection port door with rod and spring built in. The 8.3-inch medium profile barrel brings a black nitride finish and a 1-10 twist rate to the 9mm chamber, threaded at 1-2x28. This upper operates on a direct blowback system, meaning there is no gas tube or gas block present or required on this upper. The 7-inch Blem freefloat M-LOK handguard surrounds the barrel along the compact forend with a full-length Picatinny top rail for optics and accessory mounting, integrated QD sling mounts for quick-detach sling attachment without additional hardware, and M-LOK slots along the remaining handguard surfaces for additional accessory attachment. The Blem designation applies to the handguard and refers to cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function.

Muzzle Device

The 9mm pass-through A2 GI Birdcage flash hider threads onto the 1-2x28 muzzle end of the barrel. The included black crush washer seats at the barrel shoulder and completes the muzzle hardware for this kit.
