The magazine body is polymer with a hardened steel insert reinforcing the feed lips, a removable polymer base plate in black, and a pink follower. Compatible with most Glock 17 compatible 9mm platforms and PCCs that accept Glock pattern magazines.
The magazine body is polymer with a hardened steel insert that directly reinforces the feed lips, which are the most stress-critical area of any pistol magazine. The feed lips control the angle and position of the top round as it strips from the magazine and chambers, and the hardened steel insert maintains feed lip geometry under the repeated stress of loading and cycling more consistently than an unreinforced polymer lip. The removable polymer base plate allows for field stripping and cleaning of the magazine interior. The pink follower provides a visual indicator when the magazine is empty, as the distinctive color is immediately visible in the open ejection port when the last round has been chambered and the slide locks back. The double stack design provides the standard 17-round capacity in the Glock 17 pattern magazine footprint.
