Assembly & QC Protocols
To maintain our aggressive price-to-value commitment for your retail margins, we have optimized our assembly workflow. We currently perform live-fire testing exclusively for any specific uppers that the customer or dealer explicitly requests a test fire, and any new upper designs entering our catalog and for during the order process. This allows us to keep your costs low while still providing high-tier reliability for new or requested builds.
Dealer Policies & Compliance:
Order Integrity: Our system is optimized for "speed-to-label" fulfillment to keep your shelves stocked. Consequently, we cannot add items once it has been submitted. If a part was missed , you'll need to place a separate order, or cancel the order for a store credit, and the store credit will be issued within 24 hours so that you can re-order.
California AB-1263 Compliance: Our AB-1263 compliance includes the need to ship all precursory firearm parts (all gun parts) to an FFL agent for ID verification.
FFL Coordination: If you bought a serialized part, please have your dealer email their license to us with your order number in the subject line to avoid delays. Our FFL department will reach out to your FFL via email.
